Most of us connecting our devices Mouse,Keyboard,Camera,Mobile,Pen drive using USB ports. When we insert USB drives into the USB port Windows shows up a message that USB is not recognized by Windows XP or Windows 7  because its Malfunctioned. Even after reinstalling the USB drivers,System restoring the “USB Device Not Recognized” issue never Stops.

How to Solve Fix USB Device Not Recognized issue ?

We can try to solve this problem in many ways.
Step 1 : USB never works if our motherboard fails to load it.  Power off the machine, disconnect the USB, pull the battery (in case of laptop) or remove the power connection to PC (in case of desktop). Try to connect after 10-20 minutes. The small microprocessor on the motherboard will reload the drivers and your USB ports.
Step 2 : Goto Device Manager in your PC or Laptop. Select any one of the USB Port.Select properties from the right click menu and select the Power Management tab. Click to clear the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” check box, and then click OK. Now Scan device Manager for Hardware Changes. It may solve the issue.
Step 3 : Clean the USB Port Wires inside Motherboard if there is any Dusts that causes the issue
Hope using the above steps we can solve the ” USB Device Not Recognized” Windows Error.
